The blade of the Japanese KATANA sword is forged by hand using a traditional method from AISI 1095 Hi-carbon steel (0.95% carbon and 0.4% manganese content), which is differentially hardened. The blade is of shinogi zukuri type and real hamon of Choji type. The blade is polished with hazuya stone in the final stage of production. It is a fully disassembled Katana sword with full-tang construction and a blade with a groove (Bo-hi). The groove reduces the weight of the blade and makes it easier to handle, in addition, when practicing martial arts, there are sound effects when the sword moves, allowing you to observe the accuracy of the techniques performed.
