Shu-Karasu's solid blade with a paracord wrapped handle is suitable for survival purposes. The 125 mm long blade is made of 15 layers of damascus steel Blue Steel #2. This makes the knife extremely sharp. The paracord on the handle is orange. At the end of the handle is the so-called skull crusher or window breaking tip. The spikes can be found on rescue knives where it is primarily designed to break glass, for example on a crashed car. For combat and survival knives, the name skull crusher is more applicable, because here the tip is primarily intended to strike a blow to the enemy. For wearing on the belt there is a holster, which is nylon with a hard plastic insert. Karasu means (crow) in translation.
The knives are manufactured by Kanetsune - Kitasho Co., Ltd. in Seki, Japan. This company is one of the most reputable manufacturers and was founded in 1964.
